How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Identity and document information collected during a session is shared only with the remote online notarization technology platform used to conduct that session, and with parties you direct us to send the completed document to. We may disclose information where required by law or legal process.

Data retention

Notarial journal entries and session recordings are retained for the period required under Virginia notary law. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, unless you become a client, in which case standard business recordkeeping applies.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain notarial records.

Security

Notarization sessions are conducted over an encrypted, Virginia-compliant remote online notarization platform. Documents are digitally signed using an IdenTrust-issued certificate to detect any change made after signing.

We do not draft documents, review documents for legal sufficiency or provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Our role is limited to verifying the identity of each signer and performing the requested notarial act.
