We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This includes measures such as:

• Labeled form fields, not placeholder text alone.
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
• Color contrast meeting or exceeding a 4.5 to 1 ratio for normal text.
• Support for reduced-motion preferences.
• A logical heading structure and semantic landmarks throughout the page.

Notarization Sessions and Accessibility

Remote online notarization sessions are conducted by live audio-video and must comply with Virginia notary law, including identity verification and mandatory session recording. Within those legal requirements, we work to accommodate signers who need alternative communication methods during a session. If you anticipate needing an accommodation for an upcoming session, let us know when you book so we can prepare in advance.
